When will I receive my order?

This depends on the shipping method requested. With USPS (non-trackable), your package should arrive in 3-5 business days. With UPS (trackable), you package should arrive in 3-7 business days.


How can I track my order?

All UPS orders come with tracking numbers, which you can follow through UPS here (link to UPS tracking).


What do I do if I haven’t received my order?

If you have not received your order, you can call (800) 368-3671 for continental US orders and (541) 484-2726 for all others.


Can I place an order with an international billing address and a US shipping address?

Yes, as long as the purchase is placed with a Visa or Mastercard.


What are the recommended order dates for holidays?

All holiday orders should be placed at least 10-15 business days prior to the holiday to receive in time. International orders should be placed at least 6 weeks prior to the holiday.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Only orders shipped through USPS can be sent to P.O. boxes.
